Chronische pijn & langdurige klachten

Chronic pain & Long-term conditions

When complaints keep coming back

Some complaints do not simply go away on their own. Perhaps you have already tried different treatments, exercises or medical examinations, yet your symptoms continue to return or you still do not know exactly what is causing them.

In these situations, it can be valuable to step away from the pressures of everyday life and take the time to focus fully on your body.

During a recovery and wellness retreat, we look beyond the area where you experience pain. We examine how your body moves, where compensations have developed and which factors may be hindering your recovery. Based on these insights, we gradually work towards a body that is stronger, more stable and better able to cope with physical demands.

This programme may be suitable for, among other things:

Long-term back, neck or shoulder complaints
Hypermobility or instability
Chronic tendon or joint complaints
Fibromyalgia or widespread pain
Long-term fatigue
Recurring complaints without a clear cause
People who feel they have “already tried everything”

Gain more control over your body

With long-term complaints, recovery is not always about training harder, but about moving smarter.

By gaining insight into your movement patterns, you learn to recognise why complaints keep returning and how to help your body move more efficiently again. This gives you not only greater control over your symptoms, but also more confidence in what your body is capable of.
