Schouwen-Duiveland is a wonderful destination for cycling enthusiasts who want to enjoy peaceful rides through varied landscapes. The island offers several well-marked cycling routes that lead past picturesque villages, through vast polders and along the coast. Along the way, you can fully enjoy the rich flora and fauna, and special viewpoints over the Oosterschelde estuary.
The cycle paths are well maintained and there are several routes accessible to everyone, including wheelchair users and people with electric bikes. There are also plenty of opportunities to stop along the way at cosy cafés or nature reserves.

Landgoed Oud Bommenede does not rent mobility scooters or adapted bicycles itself, but there are several rental companies in the area.
We have a good working relationship with De Bever Verhuur in Ouddorp and Motion Mobility. Mobility scooters and adapted bicycles from these providers have already been delivered to our estate several times.
With De Bever Verhuur, the aid can be delivered directly to your holiday home and collected again after your stay. You can arrange the rental directly with the provider.
